We stayed at this hotel for the weekend. The staff very nice and friendly and breakfast was nice. The rooms very quiet, spacious and comfortable. We did not use the in-house restaurant, but they do have one. The car park was full when we arrived as they had a wedding the same night. Good for families.

The hotel made us very welcome and the surroundings are stunning, lovely place to return to after a funeral yesterday and a quiet place to spend time with family. Lovely food and comfortable surroundings, thank you

Room Tip: Not a sea front location but a quiet sunny corner of Falmouth away from the crowds

Went here as part of a family funeral. The hotel is stunning and the gardens are outstanding. Food and service was brilliant. Did not stay but would love to return in the future. Many thanks for making a sad time in to a far better day.

This hotel probably makes most of its income from weddings. The grounds are lovely, with good views. There is a very well designed sun terrace and a fair few small bedrooms which would receive no complaint from guests booked in for an overnight stay after a wedding. However, the public side of the hotel does not give too much confidence to the weary traveller. The reception area is locked somewhere in the 1970's with a fish tank and some of the worse wallpaper seen in the New Millennium. The room is adequate but the small room with dark furnishing is somewhat claustrophobic.
We were taken aback when, on arrival about an hour early and drenched from the heavy rain that day. The receptionist rather grudgingly found that our room was, indeed, ready.
The food is ok, but not of a standard which warranted an AA rosette. A 'special' of prawn cocktail was memorable for managing to taste of nothing whatsoever.

Me & my wife stayed for one night a couple of weeks ago for a well deserved night away.
On arrival the outside looked amazing but unfortunately the inside didn't live up to expectations.
It all seemed a little tired & crying out for a tasteful update.
Our room was nice but not amazing but the shower was nice & powerful.
There was a wedding reception taking place while we were there which resulted in a lack of staff in the bar area so we had to wait for a while to be served through out the evening & the music was very loud whilst having our dinner.
But what was great was the food- it was spot on & not over priced.
All in all we had a good time but feel it could have been better with upgraded surroundings.
