I have spent many nights in many hotels but this takes the biscuit, stains on the floor (carpets need washing), filthy toilets by the bar, the man snoring next door might as well have been in the room (I don’t want to hear someone in the toilet. The mattress is hard as rock. The lounge and dining room look like a nursing home. Only decent thing was the bath. Haven’t tried the breakfast yet as still awake

We stayed as part of a walking group on a privately organised holiday. The hotel is in a quiet, secluded location. We had a generous well appointed room and large bathroom with roomy bath and separate shower cubical. High pressure water to quickly fill the bath or provide a really strong power shower. All facilities very clean. The staff were all friendly and courteous. All vending meals were pre-ordered at breakfast. Service was quick and efficient. The pool, hot tub and sauna are good. We didn’t use the gym equipment but there was a good selection of modern machines.

Room tip: Non smoking rooms on ground floor. We had room in 27 at the end of a quiet corridor.

Nice older hotel a little outside of Falmouth with lots of outdoor space and old growth trees. Extremely friendly staff. Wheelchair friendly. Top notch breakfast includimg made to order items. Could use a little updating.

Nice, comfortable, clean hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Food was good. Good value for money.

I knocked a point off only because the shower was not very powerful and they have mechanical toilets which are a bit noisy, but otherwise a lovely stay.

Very outdated however the staff and cleanliness at the hotel were of very high quality. Nice pool and hot tub and the hotel is set in a lovely location despite being a fair distance from the town centre. Good food
