We have eaten here on several occasions now, and with good reason! The food is fantastic and tastes so fresh!

The restaurant has won awards (and quite rightly so), due to the food.

The only thing that lets this establishment down slightly is some of the service, and in particular one of the duty managers (a female), who seems completely unhappy and projects this on to you when serving you. This is actually quite a shame as all of the other staff are great and cannot do enough for you.

The duty manager, on two separate occasions now, has been unfriendly, and in some instances quite rude.

Sort this out and it would earn 5 stars!

Had both takeaway and eat in (on different occasions) both of which were superb. Eat in fish 'n' chips gave a greater choice including mackerel which my son had battered - unusual but tasty choice. Both the gravy and the curry sauce were enjoyed by all and we should have ordered 2 of each instead of our family's sharesies!
The view of the harbour was lovely to enjoy along with the beautiful batter on the cod.
Would highly recommend.

Stopped in last minute. And so glad we did. Fish and chips were excellent lovely light batter. The staff were excellent everyone was smiling and nothing was too much trouble even at the end of the evening which was so refreshing. We will be back when next in Falmouth that's for sure.

I was there twice for dinner. Staff was kind. Had fish and chips and was not disappointed. If you sit inside there's a lovely view of the harbour

A stop at Harbour Lights wont disappoint if you are looking for a fish and chip fix.
Ordering from the busy takeaway area, it can take a little while to get your meal due to the volume of customers, however its a good opportunity to stand in the street and have a chat with others on holiday while waiting.
If you have a decent appetite and "go large" it is certainly value for money, 3 pieces of cod and chips served in a box that is big enough to turn into a kayak when finished!!
A great place to eat these it parked on Castle Point where you can watch the boats coming and going, and check out the views from St Mawes and the Lighthouse all the way across the bay to Porthallow and the Manacles.
