We stayed for three nights, big clean room new things put in place for Covid but the team are as welcoming and pleasant as always, no one will now enter your room while your there if you need anything you can ask at reception and it’s delivered to your room, we had a few meals at the mill pub and they were again very welcoming, second time staying at this hotel and highly recommend it, the town is just a twenty minute walk and the zoo is only a six minute drive away

We made an essential trip to Chester and needed to stay somewhere for a couple of nights. This hotel is opposite the Countess of Chester hospital and is easy to find (off Liverpool Road, Upton).

Reception efficient - car parking is free as long as you give your registration. Hand sanitiser in the lobby. Corridors are very narrow unfortunately, but rooms themselves are spotless. You won't get housekeeping during your stay currently, but can call reception if you need anything. Breakfast not yet available.

Locally there's a large Morrison's store right on your doorstep, plus a barber's, chip shop. Post Office and newsagent. The Mill pub is open, doing its best to observe the rules and serving good-value meals at your table (Joseph Holt house); first pub grub we'd had since mid-March!

Hotel was very clean and was set up for social distancing. Quite small hallways so you cant really social distance in them but the entrance was set up.
Hotel was clean through out and entrance had a sanitiser setup.
Car park easy to get into however space lengths are a little smaller than normal. Could do with one or 2 bins within the car park rather than just the small bin at the entrance.

Staff we spoke to were very welcoming and friendly.
Hotel room was also bright and spacious with comfy beds.

No problems what so ever. Did its job and done it well!

Thank you to the staff at Premier Inn Chester North

Accessible room was accessible, clean, bright and spacious! Wet room! Able to move my wheelchair around without hitting into anything. Slight problem with right-angled corners in corridors ... but ... there were friendly staff members available 24 hours ready to help. The room had panic buttons in the bedroom and the bathroom. There was also an adjoining room facility. We shall be back next year ... and we shall be using similar facilities in other Premier Inns. Oh yes, mustn't forget ... THANK YOU for the card and shortbread!
