Great location for visiting all that Chester has to offer. Very well situated for Zoo, Blue Planet Aquarium and Cheshire Oaks. Bright and airy family room with recently refurbished bathroom, good shower and all spotlessly clean. Good selection of hot and cold food at breakfast in pleasant dining room. Pool and leisure facilities were a bonus, which our young granddaughter really enjoyed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall very good value.

booked this hotel through a wowcher deal so wasn't expecting a great deal considering the price I paid but wanted to treat my friend to a night away for her birthday.
We arrived at 11.00 far to early for check in but the man on reception was so nice and friendly he told us how to get into the centre of Chester ,the bus stop is right outside the hotel and only a 15 minute ride.
The hotel was very clean, beds were comfy and the staff could not do enough for you,the girls on reception Carla and the lady who had just moved from Cyprus were so friendly and helpful.
The pool area was clean and the pool was a lovely temperature .
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for a stay for the area of Chester and Cheshire oaks shopping outlet .
I will definitely return

Although this hotel is not in the centre of Chester it was the perfect location for us. The only downside to this hotel is that although they are dog friendly and welcome your dog, you cannot leave it in your room unattended, because of this we had to leave our dog in the car when we went for our evening meal. Luckily it was quite mild and dark and the car was in a quiet car park. Also because of this we felt unable to use the swimming pool and spa facilities as it would have been unfair to leave the dog in the car again. Also breakfast is a full English buffet served until 10am. make sure you get there early, we went for breakfast at 9.50am and they had run out of some items and they cleared everything away at 10am, whereas we would have had a bit more...

Dear Helen B,

Thank you for choosing Days Hotel Chester North for your stay and also reviewing us.

After reading your review I have checked our pet disclaimer form which you would of signed on check-in, I have noticed the wording is incorrect and should state " if you or persons are present within the premises", this has now been amended.

We do serve breakfast until 10am and I do apologise that we did not have the items you requested.

We look forward to welcoming back soon.

Kind Regards
Grahame Carrington
