You are welcomed with a hot drink , the location is 20min. walk to Chester 10min. to station , 50 mins. train to Liverpool, 2 miles from Chester Zoo , we had room 5 very comfortable double bed + a single only took a point of for weak shower, we had a laugh at the shaving mirror & light, only 4ft high I'm over 6ft.
You will be made comfortable and well fed take Angela's local advice we had a day in Liverpool £5 return ticket on the Wirrel Line.

The room was very comfortable, our hosts were very friendly and helpful with local information and breakfast was very tasty and filling for our onward journey the next day. We'd be very happy to stay again if we're passing that way in future and can recommend without hesitation.

Room Tip: Its a BnB so not really applicable. Our room was at the back and fine.

We stayed for 1 night last night and felt I had to get on straight away and leave a well deserved review.
The accommodation was perfect it felt so homely, we were warmly welcomed on arrival and at breakfast before our departure.
The breakfast was absolutely perfect.
If we visit Chester again there is only one place to stay at that's Shenley Lodge.
Perfect night and perfect retreat, thank you for a lovely stay.

One night stay for shopping in chester . Location is good , a short bus ride into chester town centre . Warm welcome and a nice cooked breakfast . Room was quiet and comfortable . The only thing I will criticise is the shower in our room which was very weak and needed a new shower head.that said it's a minor gripe and we would definitely stay again .

We stayed here for 1 night with our 6 year old and a baby. The owner was very accommodating of us loaning us the travel cot and a booster seat for breakfast. The family room was huge. The breakfast great and again very accommodating for our children.
There is a pub about a 2 min walk away which did good family meals. You probably wouldn't want to walk into chester from here but only about a 5 min drive
