Went on one of the hottest days of the year so far so lots of people around, didn't feel crowded though. The pool is Halloween and lovely for small kids and bigger kids alike. The playpark was well equipped and maintained.

Word to the wise, get there before 10 so you can park, as we were leaving people were fighting, not literally, over spaces.

I visited here yesterday in the lovely heat and sunshine. People were swimming or paddling canoes and kayaks. I sat and read a book and people watched and watched the ducks and geese. Absolutely beautiful!

There are loads of walks and cycle paths and a learner's swimming pool next to the canoe club. Punts also go up and down the canal. Really relaxed, happy place!

A pleasant small park, with well maintained paths throughout , comprising a large mowed grass area, shrubberies , and planted areas plus tennis courts. It's just minutes from the city centre, and the Cam, but feels like a different tranquil world. There are benches to sit on.

My son and I really enjoyed the park and the pool. Overall it was very clean. The small shop was reasonably priced. The play area was suitable for toddlers- teens. There was a real wasp issue around the pool and park which made it difficult to have the picnic intended or play on a slide. Would definitely recommend without the picnic.
