This is a well located, modern travelogue, in the centre of Aylesbury . It is on the canal basin and back from the main roads, so very quiet. But it is right next to the theatre and 5 minutes walk from pubs and restaurants in town. Although you just have to ask, I never understand why hairdryers and not in every room. The lack of a bath mat is also a little annoying. The breakfast is ok, but a little uninspired. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The parking on the top of the nearby multi-storey works well and is easy to use.

The hotel itself is nice and well presented car park on site £19.00 not bad for 3 days
The only down side to the trip one of the staff in the restaurant wasn’t that polite staff at front door very pleasant
The beds still had someone’s black hair on it light didn’t work told staff fixed next day
Apart from that the stay was good
Would stay again

We really like the central location of this hotel, the parking is a bit of a pain but its worth it for the location. The staff are always very friendly and nothing seems to much trouble for them. I would recommend if your going to the theatre .

Stayed for one night family of 3, though had booked for 4 originally, the room was large and spacious, clean and warm with towels for everyone, the bed was comfortable, my only complaint really was the pillows were too hard for us.
It was a lovely location overlooking the canal and was exceptionally quiet, 5 minute walk to the Town centre.
The staff deserve a mention, lovely and friendly, we actually had breakfast which is cooked in small batches for the buffet and constantly replenished so is always fresh, different to many places.
My only real gripe is the parking in the top floor of the multi car park, long journey, blowing a game freezing cold, won't accept cards , no change so had to ring the parking company, took 10 minutes, the machine is outside so I couldn't see the car park details from the shelter, a bit of a blip, but not Travelodge fault.
I would definitely recommend and would stay again if I was in that direction.
