Lovely comfortable room with large bed and good quality bed linen and pillows. The bathroom was excellent great shower.
Could not fault the accomodation. A gift of a bottle of Normandy cider in the room was a nice touch.
Dinner was superb, only criticism wine very expensive, would like to see a choice of a house wine at a reasonable price.
Breakfast was simple and good. Staff were helpful and service was first class. Definitely a hotel I will return to.

I reviewed the restaurant when reviewing the associated hotel. It is truly splendid, run by a highly talented chef and his wife. There are many such establishments in rural France and this is up there with the best of such local restaurants. Try the tasting menu - you will be delighted that you did.

Looking for somewhere to turn off the road for lunch and we found this resturant review and decided to check it out. Wow. We had melon and smoke salmon which was superbly presented and delicious along with roast pork tenderloin with spring vegetables which was one of the best we've had followed by a deliciously moist Apple tart. On top of that the staff were lovely, even took our baby on a tour of the kitchen. Don't miss this place.

We regularly stay with friends in Les Planches and know this restaurant well. It has never failed to impress us with the quality of the food cooking and wine as well as the charming and attentive service. Haute Cuisine with sophisticated but un-pretentious dining rooms They now have tables outside in the summer
