It's a decent room, literally not a frill insight, and forget about customer service.
It served a purpose of being a place to sleep and get changed, but anything more and you're better off booking elsewhere for a little bit more...lesson learned I would've been better off driving back home after my comp than thinking it was going to be a cosy night in in the hotel...depressing night in more like.

Toenails on the bed. Dirty sheets, hairs in the bathroom. Thank god, the last guest left a bun in the room, so we had something to eat. The hotel mangager did not want to talk to us or help.
The window couldn‘t close because it was broken, so it was extremly loud.
Staff very unprofessional and unpleasant,it was a last minute booking,we would never stay there again,mainly down to the front desk service,basic customer service manners doesn’t even seem to exist,not even welcome,enjoy your stay,it was the most uncomfortable check in ever.
Met expectations. Bedding and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Service was helpful. Carpet looked worn and probably needs to be replaced in some rooms. Aldi next door and restaurant downstairs were convenient.
The room was unbearably hot with only a small ineffective noisy fan. There is no air conditioning and the staff reported that all the rooms are the same and there were no spare fans. The paper cups were a minor inconvenience in comparison. The price we paid by booking in advance was very expensive for the poor facilities
Dirty room, not cleaned.. bed wasn’t made, hairs all over the bed. Toilet was not cleaned, had poop in it. Staff didn’t care, said it was a housekeeping issue, not their problem. When we arrived the desk clerk ignored us for 15 minutes, was busy watching the security cameras. Didn’t even acknowledge us.
