Myself and my husband and some friends spent two nights here over the Jubilee Weekend. It was our second trip and just like the first it was incredible.
We all stayed in the Hives which are fantastic. To be able to wake up and sit on the balcony, be amongst the trees and take in the views is just perfect. The rooms themselves are so lovely, with a very comfortable bed, and are extremely well equipped so you can cook for yourself if you wish, although when the restaurant is as good as it is you won't want to miss eating there! If you can definitely treat yourself to a Hive to make your stay just that extra bit special.
The restaurant is in the main house and has an extremely varied menu so definitely something for everyone! The food was gorgeous, as a group we did well to try different things and every plate that came to the table looked so tasty. The menu does change with the seasons which is a great way of keeping everything fresh and seasonal.
A massive thank you to all the hard working staff, everyone is so friendly which all contributes to Callow Hall being a wonderful place to set up base and explore the surrounding areas or just relax at the hotel. We're already planning our next trip!!More
