We really enjoyed our three night stay here. It’s a very cosy, clean and spacious bungalow, with three bedrooms - one large double, one good sized twin, and a single. One bathroom with shower-over-bath. The kitchen is particularly spacious, with a good large table, and all the cutlery and stuff you need. There’s ample parking right by the cottage.
We didn’t have the warmest weather, but we sat out once on the lovely little terrace, enjoying the quiet and the company of the sheep in the field. Nice views.
The lady in charge is very welcoming indeed, ready to help out, and we found she’d baked us a large welcoming cake too!
Sadly the pub in Gwytherin has shut, and there’s no village shop, so stock up before you arrive.
Be aware that this is a very rural area, lots of peace and quiet, and it’s at least a ten minute drive to the main road. It’s a good location if you want to explore East and west - Betws-y-Coed to Llangollen for example. But check carefully before you book, as the bungalow is not in Llanrwst, or Abergele ... it’s Gwytherin.
Very clean cottage, warm welcome, full equipment, nice view on the countryside
Very comfortable for 5 persons
We absolutely recommend this cottage if you like countryside
