The establishment had been renovated several years ago and booths have been installed. The locals sit alone in these booths for hours (designed to hold 4-6 people in each) and talk to one another from them. Witnessed several people having to leave the establishment as a result as they were unable to get a seat and were pretty peeved. With that said the staff are exceptional here and are very friendly and outgoing.

As a regular Tim Hortons customer I was very disappointed in our stop at this location. The service was terrible. We waited in a line to order then had to wait at least 20 mins for our breakfasts. When we did get them, our hash browns were rock hard! No napkins in our takeout bags and there was no way to distinguish who had ordered and who was waiting for food. The only saving grace was our coffee was fresh.

I am from the Vancouver area and this place is how you imagine Tim Horton's to be when you are watching "22 Minutes" or Rick Mercer. Everybody is friendly and talking politics and everybody knows everybody. It was a classic Canadian experience. The food was perfect: yummy chicken wrap and OH an oatcake! Yes, you know you are in Nova Scotia when you can get an oatcake in the Tim Horton's! Love it! Children who come in to the store actually say "hello" to you and make you feel like you are in such a small town. This was a quintessential Canadian experience for me. I love you, Canada!

The stall doors in the ladies washroom don't lock. In addition the only available toilet paper was crumbled up on the back of the toilet. Gross and uncomfortable! If I hadn't had to use the washroom so badly I would've left. This is to be expected perhaps at a gas station but not at a Tim Hortons.

I generally like Tim Horton's but this location is best described as low end. Service always seems slow, and this location generally falls below Tim's standards.
