We always stay here in Tremblant because they are the best. Our dog is welcome and the service is top quality. The ambassador of the hotel was super and complimentary to our dog and family. They sent us a welcome plate of cookies and milk and strawberries for our two young kids and a drawn picture of our little French bulldog Robo. We always stay here and always will.

My room was upgraded for a fee at check-in for a bigger one with a nicer view, and I must say the view from the room wasn't a bad one of the lake. The services were nice also, but I'm not sure how the food is at the hotel since I decided not to dine in but try different restaurants in the village, which is steps away. It was overall a pleasant stay for my first time in Mont Tremblant, and I would choose to stay here again but maybe during the winter for some skiing.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms ample and clean. The pools are a lot of fun and my kid loves that there are spas (whirlpool pools) where they allow kids.

The room service is poor, they never brought shampoo or other neccessities and I had to call the front desk. You cannot get your bags yourself to your room because they do not let you use the trolleys, so you have to ask someone to get them to you. They took 45 minutes to get my luggage to my room.

The parking is either far away or valet, so, while you are in the hotel, the car is pretty much inaccessible.

Be sure to get in the more expensive rooms if you want to have a nice view.

Beautiful hotel overlooking the village of Mont-Tremblant. Though just a little pricey, the service staff was great! We arrived around 8:30pm and our room wasn't ready, we waited about a whole 5 minutes as she was checking us in, and the receptionist went to see her manager and apologized for the delay. It didn't seem out of the ordinary for us as we thought this was a normal delay for checking in, but they provided us with a couple of free drinks at the bar, so we took it!
In the room, the mini bar was cute and had a Keurig and K cups at our disposal. We just went to the general store and bought a few things and stocked up the fridge. The room itself was nice and overlooked the mountain and village. As much as the Hotel was upscale, the room seemed a little dated, but nothing that was a "turn-off". All in all a wonderful place to stay!

This hotel is a great quality place to be, great spas, and pools, great location to walk to all amenities! Staff are very friendly! We stayed in a double bed with two beds, we should of paid the small extra to upgrade, would be worth it! The small shampoo and gel bottles they provide smell really nice! There is valet parking there 25$ plus tips, if you dont want to pay that you will need to park in public parking down the hill!
