Maxine and Jim looked after us very well at the Blue Willow. We stayed at the Blue Willow for 2 nights in September 2015 while we toured Vancouver Island. We are sure glad we did. The accommodations are comfortable, very nicely decorated and spotless. The breakfast had a number of courses, all delicious. French toast and sausage, cereal, home made granola, muffins, wow. We were upgraded to their larger suite on the second floor of the other building and it was immense. The yard is large and has a couple of outside sitting areas, with lovely flower and shrub gardens amongst beautiful trees. Thanks Blue Willow for the great stay.

Of all the b&b that we stayed at during our road trip...This was the best by far and a couple of them were pretty nice as well. Lovely hosts, fantastic food, that real old charming bedroom feel with all the comforts and chocolate! The bed was so big and comfy I could barely see my husband lol. Oh and did I mention the food? :) So glad we stayed here. Will go back to the area just for the bed and breakfast! Thanks so much for a great stay!

This is a lovely tudor style home that looks older than it is (built in the 1960's). The house is nestled among tall trees and a beautifully landscaped garden. Three of us stayed in a suite above the garage, separate from the house. It was comfortable and quiet. We had an outstanding breakfast with several courses all served on Blue willow china.
My only criticism would be the lack of coffee for early risers. Breakfast is served at 830am but I am usually awake well before that. I would have loved a mug of coffee in the garden. Many B&B's have a coffee pot set up on the dining room buffet filled the night before so the first guest up can turn it on. That would have made our stay perfect. I would definitely stay here again

We stayed after a few days away camping and were treated so warmly and given such a fantastic welcome here. The hosts were simply lovely and it felt like we were staying with a friends mum, they were so kind. Breakfast was fantastic (best pancakes we had in Canada), garden lovely to relax in, and the hosts could not have been kinder. Thank you.

What a delightful place! The owner, Max, is friendly, helpful and fascinating to talk with about the house and the area. It's a wonderfully quiet place. Spotlessly clean and beautiful decor. The breakfast was delicious, delicious.

Room Tip: all are lovely
