Had 3 days at Camomile Cottage for my ??birthday. WOW! This place is so beautiful in every possible way. As we arrived Aly was waiting to greet us along with Fozzie her adorable dog. We were warmly welcomed by this lovely lady who served us tea and home made cake in the guest lounge which is so comfortable and homely.
Our room was spectacular. Beautifully furnished, comfortable and so quiet. A nice touch was the vase of flowers and the chocolates in the room.
Breakfasts were a special treat with lots of choice including Aly's home made bread. Her scrambled eggs are divine!!
There are just 2 guest rooms which adds to the personal touch so carefully managed by Aly and Tim.
This really is a very special place to stay, set in the countryside of Suffolk. Aly and Tim are wonderful hosts making us feel very very welcome in their home.

Room tip: There are only 2 guest rooms which are both beautiful

A truly enjoyable, tranquil bolt hole for a country stay in charming Suffolk. Although tucked away down a country lane, it’s close to everything Eye can offer and within easy driving distance of the rest of the historic and picturesque county. The bedroom was very comfy and clean. Breakfast served by mine host(ess)has a wide, fresh choice to set one up for the day. Nothing's too much trouble for Aly who’s amiable and congenial. The photos on the website are for real. Definitely merits more than one return visit to recharge the batteries. Free wifi throughout that works and a lovely garden.

We stayed at Camomile Cottage for 3 nights recently for our wedding anniversary. The photo's of the beautiful cottage are true to life and the warm welcome with homemade cake and tea started things of beuatifully. Aly and Tim are so friendly that it almost feels like visiting friends - but friends who take care of your every comfort!
We had fresh flowers and hand made chocolates in our room and the most fabulous breakfasts. Aly has lots of helpful suggestions for places to see nearby.
Would love to return - maybe in the winter to see the log burner in action!

Room tip: We stayed in the Oak Room - and loved it x

What a lovely place to spend some leisure time. Ally and Tim make you feel very welcome and relaxed and there are so many nice touches that you would only find in a top quality hotel. We were cycling and there was space in the garden for the bikes overnight. Very comfortable rooms, super breakfasts and great lounge and dining rooms for guests to use. Fozzie was great fun, charging about with a toy penguin in her mouth much to Ally's disgust! We are looking forward to returning soon.

Room tip: Only two rooms to choose from - both great.
