“Peace and quiet”
Reviewed 28 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

We rented house #58. We enjoyed our vacation there. The house was comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is quiet. It's close to everything you need (grocery, restaurant, gas) and to a lot of attractions. The view is amazing.

“Amazing”
Reviewed 30 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

Our family of four stayed in this house with another family of four. There was plenty of room for both families and we never felt squished. The kids favourite part was the loft which they renamed the "kids club". The house is nicely decorated and has everything you need for your stay and more. If you do need anything Kim and Greg are a phone call away to help. We loved the views, walks on the beach and fires at night. I was a little worried there was no AC but it is not needed. There is a great breeze throughout the day and a cool breeze at night which is perfect for sleeping. The people of Cocagne are helpful and friendly. I recommend the grocery store directly across from the gas station, there are two in the town but the other has a rude lady at the cash. The kids loved playing at the park at the local school and fishing under the bridge. Make sure you stop into see Tim (fish market across the bridge) for the most amazing seafood and head to Chez Leo for fried clams (before the metal bridge on your way to Shediac). If you can make it to Shediac on Sunday the market in the park is awesome. Lots of food and plenty of items for purchase. Boutouche dunes were awesome and the beach there was nice. This house is the perfect location for visiting a lot of the east coast. It is central to PEI, and didn't take us long to drive to Nova Scotia and Moncton is 20 min away. Honestly the best vacation my family has taken, we will be back to Cocagne next year! PS the fudge Kim brings by is awesome.

Hi Mandy/Paul:
It was great to have met all of you and I am so happy that you had a great time! We take great pride in providing what we think is a great place for our guests and try to have everything that we would want in a rental property, so I am happy that you all agreed, the kids were great
and so glad they loved the loft area! See you next year, with more fudge and wine, lol Thanks for the leftovers we all shared them! Thought of you guys while we were having our picnic on the beach yesterday (eating your stuff)....Thanks!

Thanks for the fudge and the wonderful cottage. It’s really nicely decorated and very spacious. Beautiful sunrise while eating breakfast on the deck. Always available for questions and car trouble resources ( yes on the day before departure). We recommend it (you can quote me on that)

“Great place to stay.”
Reviewed 9 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

My family spent a week at the cottage. Everything was ready for us when we arrived, in fact the owner met us there to make sure that all was in order. Very pleasant and accommodating. It made the stay very nice. the cottage was used primarily by my son, daughter in- law and their three young children. Sleeping arrangements were very good even with the three young children. Will definitely stay with Kim and Greg again.

“Spectacular view and accommodation!!!!”
Reviewed 30 August 2015 for a stay in August 2015

We spend the week for our in laws 50th wedding anniversary.

The cottage accommodated all 9 adults and we cherish the time we had all together. Mackerel fishing, kayak, lobster dinner, washer toss game, cards were some of the highlight activities done near by.

The sunrise, sunset, rainbows and fire were spectacular.

The cottage was beyond what we expected and we would totally recommend cottage #74. It had all the amenities of a house.

The host stop by on Thursday night for a fudge delivery. Nice personal touch!!!!

Losier, Therrien and Fournier family.
