The place is amazing!
the history of the war and the view of the sea.
The guide knew everything about the place and answer all of our questions.

It is necessary to book at guided tour in advance. The guided tour is 50% "over ground" and 50% underground. The guide was from the Danish army, and what he told us was scarring and amazing, even for us Danish people. I can only recommend the museum. Booking in advance is very easy with a smart phone or tablet, and you do not need to print the ticket. The guiding is necessary, so you do not get lost in the fort. The guide was excellent. Go there!

We were a family of 5 visiting this place on a guided tour. The guide were great in explaining the history and he also added some humor into it. After the tour we explored the area which was really exciting since we got to go inside some military tanks. Even our 9 year old in the family enjoyed every bit of it (but he is also very interested in history).

A slightly unexpected visit. We were a large family group together on holiday for the Easter week, and I went along to this thinking I'd go as the others were going. We went for the guided tour of the tunnels, and it was well worth it.

There is a lot of walking though, so if you're having mobility issues, it's perhaps not the one for you. For those with young children, they do have a couple of umbrella buggies that can be borrowed once you get to the bottom of the initial stairs.

We liked it a lot at the museum. Entry is quit expensive at 120 DKK a person, but you don't want to just walk around. Pay a little extra and go with a guide into the tunnels. 1,5 hour tour. It was great!
Audio guides needs some improvement and above ground not much is told about the surroundings or the displayed items.
