Easy access right off the main road. Friendly and helpful staff. A pub attached to the hotel and four more various types of restaurants just out the back door. A 5 minute walk. Comfortable and quiet clean room. A 4 storey Hotel.

Room Tip: Rooms at the rear would be quieter

Stayed here two nights for a snowboard trip. Hotel was decently maintained, staff were courteous and professional. Only complaint is the deathtrap of an elevator, but for an older building I guess that can't be helped.

Front counter allowed us to check in a few hours early given they had space and we drove 14 hours overnight from AB.

Had some unknown skin irritation a few days after the stay, and though the reason remains unknown, correspondence was swift and proper from the hotel.

Really couldn't ask for more.

Thank you for your feed back!
We are glad you had a positive experience overall.
Only one thing:
The entire elevator mechanism/motor was changed last year (2017) (not the cabin itself) so it would be nice what you mean by deathtrap?
Kind regards

This place is clean and reasonable prices. The staff as well were very friendly! The ony thing was that we were staying there during renovations so there was no restaurant there to eat but tere are many options within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again!

Looks like a run down place from the outside, The lobby is a pleasant surprise. Rooms are large and clean but look very dated. Our big issue was the elephants having a party most of the night above us. Never understood how people can jump off beds and thump across floor endlessly. I know there is always some noise but this place had no sound proofing as we heard every loud footstep, stomp, door slam, etc. until the wee hours. Front desk said they can't do much about the party people? Not a place I recommend if you want to rest. Won't be back.... It was also a Wednesday night not a weekend? Desk staff say the place has been over run with party people complaints, maybe something needs to be done to change this unless this is the kind of customers they want.

Room Tip: If you have to stay, get on the top floor if sleep is something you value
