I have nothing nice to say so I won't say much at all. the coffee is gross, the people working there are gross and I hate how they say who is speaking on the headset through Drive Thru. No one cares!

Our local Timmies has a lot going for it. The most important are the employees. They are usually cheerful and quick to serve you. The down side to this Timmies is that unlike any other Tim Hortons I have been to it doesn't have a process for controlling traffic going to the cashier. Other Timmies have signs up to say "wait". At this one people just come in and walk to either line with no consideration to others in line. We have talked to the management who just shrug their shoulders and say they tried a sign but it didn't work. How is it that it works at all other Tim Hortons?! The second concern I have is with the price of the refills. The price is .10 less for a refill. Why not just say we don't do refills? My last concern is with the pricing of the donuts and cookies. The price is the virtually the same for one or half dozen . WHen you get a dozen cookies you pay a lot more. WHy is that?
