We stayed in sort of the shoulder season, late April. We opted for the family suite, which was REALLY nice and roomy, with two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a dining table.
The beds were very dated and not comfortable at all, but the rooms were quiet. The air conditioning units looked to be as old as the hotel, but they appeared clean. We did not use them, but for some reason there was a prevalent odour of weed that permeated our room at intervals, probably from the room below, which appeared to be rented out.
The satellite must have been disconnected for the winter, as it was not available. The wifi was nice and fast.
The location is good and within walking distance of many restaurants, and right next door to McDonald's, handy for coffee and breakfast.
We might stay again if the price is right, but I don't think I could handle too many nights on those beds, and I'd stay away from the smelly suite.More
