We stayed at the rainbow inn last weekend. Had a great time. Nice clean spacious rooms, pleasant staff, amazing location. Great value for money.
Will definitely stay there again. Had all the channels we liked on the flat screen TV.

Room Tip: MC Donalds right on the property

We have stayed here several times. Both times the staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay great. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean.
The only issue we had was the air conditioning , it is in another room and does not make it into the bedroom very well. As there is a wall blocking it.

We stayed for two nights in room 120. It was a nice place for a good rate. The decor is still in the 80's but it was clean and big enough for us to stretch out for two days. There is a separate room with a sink and microwave, fridge and large counter to put your things on. The bathroom was very clean ( I took shower shoes in case but they weren't necessary). They only supply soap and a small package of shampoo so make sure you take your own toiletries. Lots of very clean white towels were supplied. Free WiFi was a nice surprise. The check in was easy and the gentleman who assisted us (assume the owner) was very nice and pleasant and helpful about the area. It was perfectly situated for us and we walked to town and the restaurants and everything we needed. Didn't move the car once until it was time to go. We loved the way it was angled on the side street to allow for privacy and a much quieter stay than if you were on the main street. Will definitely choose the Rainbow Inn for our next stay in Huntsville.

We stayed two nights at room 117. Overall it was a peaceful stay.

Pros: price, location, free parking, microwave, fridge, clean bathroom, heater, hot water.

Cons: carpet around the bed don't get vacuumed, carpet near the main door was dirty and had stains, tv placed at a weird place, hot water would take a while, small garbage containers had to leave garbage on the table as the containers were full, fairly quite at night expect some beeping sound periodically.

Advice: always carry the room key with you, door locks automatically.

Booked the family suite for an over night stay. Was pleased! Slightly worn but very comfortable and spacious. It has a fireplace. 2 bedrooms, a cot and a love seat slept 6 of us comfortably. 4 seat table to eat and play games. Kitchenette was good as we brought things for breakfast, snacks and drinks. We would definitely book it again. Next time maybe for a whole weekend. Close proximity to arrowhead park. McDonald's basically next store, walking distance. Recommend if you are going to Huntsville!
