When you enter the Mandarin you are immediately greeted by a friendly hostess who sets the tone for the attentive service that you will receive for the rest of your dinner. The quantity and variety of food is overwhelming, you can find everything from sushi to roast beef and every combination of Chinese and Canadian food in between. The dessert corner will satisfy all members of the family with a wide variety of cakes, pies, torts and fruit to cotton candy. The benefit and problem becomes one when you realize that you have a seemingly endless selection of food to stuff yourself in order to justify the $29 per person charge. Personally I would rather pay $29 to eat one very well prepared meal then stuff myself silly at a buffet. Personal choice.
