The setting is an old historic building in Clayburn Village in Abbotsford B.C.
The food and service was great. They have a candy collection that all the kids are nuts over. This is a must spot for lunch.

If you want an amazing lunch or to take someone you love for a treat go to this amazing store and tea shop... It has all the candy you would ever want and many other goodies.. We took my Mom for her 86th Birthday and they allowed us to bring in a few balloons and flowers treated her like a Queen ... Thanks for making things special for us Petra

A fabulous find with wonderful staff and customer service. Lots of nostalgic gems, excellent quality specialty items, excellent quality homemade soups and oh so much more.

My husband thought this would make a nice drive to go there and have an English lunch. About half the place is the restaurant/tea room and the other candies and food items.

There were a lot of people there today. We stayed for lunch. It was OK but what was very disappointing was the apple pie. I suspect it started out fine but they microwaved it so the crust was soggy /not flaky and the apples rubbery; even when it was only semi-heated. When we asked about it, they confirmed they microwave to heat the pie so ask for it not to be heated next time (there won't be a next time).

The meal part was OK. Most chairs have wooden seats so not that comfortable. It does seem to be quite popular though.

Quaint Brit Store. Can be noisy. I love Brit chocolate so keep returning. Kids love lingering over candy choices.
