We had four of us in the room, and it was kind of squishy, but we managed. Otherwise, it was nice and clean. There was no microwave, but there was a fridge and a safe. The sheets and the shower were clean.

We stayed overnight with our children August 11th. Our room was very dated and not exactly clean. The toilet and bathtub were dirty and stained. In the morning when we went to shower, 2 of the towels in our room had black smudges all over them. We requested fresh towels and were told that there were none available as the housekeeping girls needed them for the rooms as they cleaned. The beds were super small and uncomfortable - definitely needing an update. The fabric on the chairs were dirty with coffee stains all over them. When we requested extra pillows as there was only 4 in the room for 5 people, we were told our children would have to share as they only had enough pillows for each bed to have 2. The breakfast was pathetic!! The pictures showed a standard continental breakfast, however there was only bread and waffles to put in the toaster, and mini muffins. No cereal or yogurt or fruit as shown. Upon checking out, I mentioned these issues to the lady at the desk and her reply was simply that she would pass it on. The catch was the rate for the night!! It was $179 + taxes/fees as they raised their rate due to the Airshow that was apparently in town that weekend. Had the room been clean and accommodating, the rate would have been standard. But this place is disgusting!!!! Will never return!!!!

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. The weekend you were in house was the busiest weekend of the year and rates tend to peak in August. Nonetheless, I personally apologize if we fell short of your expectations.

Stayed one night on my way from up north to Vancouver Island. This hotel is good one for an overnight stay. Close to gas stations and food. Easy to access off of main highways and easy to get to the Tsawassen ferry. Overall good hotel.

We booked two queen with sofa bed, upon check in, the room was given to us was terribly dirty and had torn carpets and stained toilet and bath tub. Upon reaching out to front desk, advised us that no more rooms available of same type, gave us one queen with a bunk bed, which was not we paid for. The room was better and cleaner than the other one.

Overall a decent hotel. Tim Horton’s across the street. 3-4 decent golf courses. Considering it was July Green fees less tha 50.00 with cart. A pile of near by bars and places to eat. Casion is 10 minutes away. I’d stay again
