I needed an affordable place to stay for 5 nights near the airport with my two cats between selling my place and moving overseas, and this ended up being perfect for my needs. It’s rare to find a truly pet friendly hotel but this is one, with a reasonable cleaning fee and pet policy. They also allowed me a late checkout and to leave a few boxes for a shipment company to pick up. I was an unusually needy guest in those ways but they never made me feel that way. The room was comfortable and clean, decent value for the price, and the sense of humour they use in their signage is a nice touch.

Stayed in this hotel as transit on a BC tour and visit of Vancouver. Perfect airport service each 30 minutes ! Clean rooms with some noise of arriving guests. Restaurants near to the hotel. Good and quick check in and check out in the lobby.

Stayed two nights at this hotel/motel. Had a room on top floor at the back so it was nice and quite.Bed was very comfy and so were the pillows.
Room was clean although the carpet had a nasty looking stain right by the bathroom. Rather gross. One lamp could not be turned off so had to unscrew bulb.
Good variety of TV. Staff were efficient and friendly.
They were very accommodating in allowing me a late checkout at no extra charge.

Room was clean and bright. Comfy mattresses. Pretty standard hotel amongst the usual chains, but staff were very good and helpful. 24 hour shuttle which is a necessity. If you don't come by your own vehicle then you may have a rather long walk to your room! We enjoyed our stay as it was a bit better than average mostly due to the staff.

We stayed here on our way from Australia to Nova Scotia and on the way back. The price was good for the time of year but it is a budget accomodation. Staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in early. Rooms were clean.
The shuttle took a long time for pick up from the airport in both directions which is difficult when travelling with small children (next time I would arrange a cab).
Renovations are underway which does take away some of the appeal. There is a small hot tub but no pool and the ihop was no longer there.
Apparently there will be another on site restaurant coming which will be great but Denny’s 24 hour restaurant is only a 10 minute walk through the adjacent parking lot and is a kid-friendly option.
We would stay here again but I still rate it as 3.5 stars (maybe when renovations are done it will be higher :)).

The lobby renovation and expansion project is due to be completed by early November and our new restaurant - eggspectation - is set to open at roughly the same time.
