My son wanted to go on the zip wire for ages, so we went up to see . unfortunately from the start of zip wire ride it was apparent they didn't have enough staff to facilitate it. A member of the public was as to assist staff to bring my son up the ladder and to go ahead of him on zip wire. My son got stuck just over half way and had to pull himself in by hand with no gloves. Thinking this was as bad as it could get he was left hanging on other side crying and in agony as member of public couldn't open the harness. It took 3 days for swelling to go! Staff in coffee shop gave ice but no manager available???
