Had a great weekend in Loughcrew House with a hen party last weekend. The house was ideal for a large party (17) and it and its' surroundings were beautiful. The food (3 courses) was top class and the hostess and chef were very friendly and looked after us so well. We also did three hours of activities in the adjacent Lough Crew Adventure Centre. It had loads of activity options and the two lads that looked after us were very professional and great craic. Highly recommend Lough Crew House & Adventure Centre for a weekend away and it's probably best enjoyed with a group as it has so much to do. It's c. 75 minutes from Dublin Airport and mainly motorway - bring a map / have google maps on when you come off motorway at Oldcastle as found it a little tricky to find from there.
