We had a family reunion at this beach front property. The cabins are typical in style, fully equipped kitchen, small, closed floor plan but cozy. The views and access to the beach was the highlight of our stay. If you decide to stay here be advised there is a rule for everything that might be remotely fun. Use of the large wood burning fire place is prohibited. Don't expect to grill anything for dinner because you are not allowed to use the BBQ in which there are 2 on the property. If you enjoy your privacy, stay in side the house and close the front blinds. There are several out door cameras, 2 of which can see through the front windows of the main cabin. Make sure to carpool in to the cabin, you're only allowed to have 4 vehicles parked outside the house in the driveway. This was confusing because the rental agency states there's only 4 vehicles allowed to park "overnight". We found out the hard way while we were all enjoying dinner when they brought in the reinforcements of the pretentious property manager with a nugget Napoleon rent a cop and his 2 real sized backups. We remained cordial even after they said they could evict us and make us "pack your [stuff] and leave" if they wanted too because of our one extra car. They saw we had champagne and informed us we are not allowed to drink on the premises so don't take the beautiful bar area overlooking the lake as an invitation to enjoy a beverage. There is a 2 car garage, but the home owner leaves their truck parked inside limiting space. There is a hot tub but it's located on the second floor on the balcony in which you have to go through someone's bedroom to access. Breaking of any of their rules results in forfeit of the excessive security deposit. We enjoyed our stay but won't be returning to stay at this property.
