Our group rented a boat to drive around tahoe lake for an hour. During the drive, we ran into very strong windy condition that rocked the boat very heavily. When we radio’d them for help to which they never responded. We looked up their phone number and reached for help. They very reluctantly came out to help. After we returned, they blamed us customers for not being able to drive the boat against strong tide. They were very insulting and rude, ruining our experience for the whole day. They need to have better safety measures to help the customers in need and be better trained in customer service.
