The setting alone - the longest stretch of sand, shade and retro beauty on Tofo Beach - makes Happi a standout. The vegetarian offerings are consistently good, the staff is upbeat and attentive, and from opening day its drawn a great mix of Euro tourists and locals. The lasagne, black bean burgers, chickpea / sweet potato creations are all good - and so fresh. The desserts will melt your heart. Hats off to the crew who put this thing together ... they did a winner
