My wife had stayed here before. It is located tight next to the train station and about 10 minutes walk from the polish border. The room was large but there is no elevator and it was on the railway side so quite loud. If you are staying in hot weather be advised there is no air conditioning or fans.
They wanted us to pay in advance and also decide for both nights if we wanted the breakfast the next morning. The breakfast is 90kc(4 euro) per person and is a menu not a buffet. I would recommend against the breakfast as there are cafes and restaurants in both Czech Tsesin and Poland's Csesyn which are much better value.
When my wife stayed here before the restaurant was a decent Czech pub style place but it is now closed except for breakfast and on the Friday we stayed a nightclub until 4 am. The one thing to say is that we could not here the nightclub from our room. You can buy beverages from reception.
At 45 to 50 euro per night this is not good value.More
