On our way from Piestany to Rajecke Teplice we made a stop over in Trencianske Teplice and decided to have lunch at this place as there was a large sign advertising the goose and duck. So glad we did because it was so good!!!! The goose and duck dishes were amazing as was the apple strudl. We had an excellent meal at a very affordable price, wish I could have some of that food right now!
I stayed one night at Most Slávy.
Is is oder spa style hotel. Hotel is very complicated, it is labyrinth of halls and rooms.
I was not satisfied with quality of food. Also in ma room was not very clean. Spider net on the wall :-).
In general I can recommend this hotel for not very demanding guests.
The little but magnificent historic hotel is at the park entrance, just few steps from the spa facilities...we preferred going to the pool Karla Capka I...our double room was spacious, and pleasantly furnished and decorated. The common premises had ancient feeling, we loved playing the billiard in a glass floor room with staffed wild deers heads.Excellent breakfast and dinners with attentive staff. Really good value for money!
I recently stayed here for a family wedding, the room was a great size.
I booked a double for myself and my husband but my husband could not come at the last minute as our little girl was sick. On check in when I was asked I just said my hubby couldn't make the trip, I still expected to pay for a double as that is what I had booked but on check out they only charged me for a single!! I was delighted.
Its a great hotel close to everything and would definitely recommend it..
I was staying during 2 weeks in Slovakia in different hotels but this one I like the best. Hard to tell what is the main and why I like it so much but really I like it very very much. Old fasion style makes you feel like in antient times, very ok food, fantastic nature, good service. I really want to visit it again and again.
