So far this is one of the best hotels I stayed in so far in Slovakia. Good location, old but clean building with high roofs and pleasant atmosphere. Stuff was friendly and helpful and also food was tasty.
Rooms might be of older equipment (e.g. TV but I am not watching those at all) but everything is working.
In general I liked it there. I stayed just 2 nights but think of return here, maybe visiting some wellness services. If yes, going to this hotel definitely.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and I am very happy to recommend it. We stayed in a room on the 1st floor (I believe No. 3) which was very spacious with even larger bathroom. The room consisted of a comfortable double bed and the sitting area with sofa, TV, fridge and writing desk. The room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. We also had a balcony facing the little square in front of the hotel.
The hotel is located just at the start of the pedestrian zone of the town. It is some 10 minutes leisurely walk to the lake along the main street.
There is a restaurant in the hotel and the food is very good, I would definitely recommend to stay for dinner.
The owner/manager of the hotel was very helpful and booked some treatments for us in the Pax Hotel (I would recommend the Russian lady there for reflexology - what a treat!).
Overall, I give this hotel 5 stars. There are surely more luxurious establishments in Trencianske Teplice but this hotel is cozy, clean and very good value for money. I would definitely stay again.
