April school holidays. Weather was ok however not warm enough to swim. Beach is at your door and swimming area is nice. They have bike riding and kids club which is good. A little disappointed as breakfast is only on weekends and it's a bit of a drive to shops and 20 min to forster.
Rooms are clean and staff were friendly.
Kangaroos were the highlight for the kids as they come out in the evening.
It would be a more pleasant stay in summer if weather was warmer as you would not have to leave resort. It is more of a cabin style resort however more luxurious and great for families. They do not service rooms during stay however there is a laundry. Also a bbq on the verandah.

It is obvious that the villas are privately owned but managed by Ramada, our villa had several closed off areas. This did not detract from the usability and we found the kitchen and living all we needed while the bedroom was very good.
Facilities at the resort include an excellent pool and other well maintained areas like tennis court and kids playarea.
We did not use the restaurant as we were attending a family function away from the resort. The restaurant looked very nice but the menu appeared no more than takeaway.
We were there during March and tariff was reasonable at best.

This is an okay resort! We stayed in a 3 bedroom beach house that comfortably housed 4 adults and 3 kids. The beds were comfortable.

The furnishings were average. There is kind of sand everywhere. Given that it is a beach house, it's still kind of gross.

The best part was that our house faced the pool and beach which was not even a minutes walk away.

The area is a little remote with not really any shops near by. And there are lots of Indian restaurants nearby.

Nonetheless, we had a good stay.

Have been once before, not long after it was opened. Resort is not very old but is looking tired already and overall has not really changed over the last couple of years. Weather did not help as it rained all but 1 day of a 4 day stay. Had a 1 bed self contained villa. No high rise units. Not far to walk to the beach and has 2 nice pools. In the unit you have a couple of steps down into the bathroom and laundry which can be a bit dangerous in the middle of the night in the dark. No oven, but cook top, microwave, full sized fridge. Nice large laundry with washer and dryer. You are a little isolated. There are a few shops nearby. It is a 15-20 minute drive into Forster. A bit disappointed this trip. Will probably not go back again.

Arriving with our 2 children all excited for a 4 day stay quickly turned into a mess.
The villa was so poorly maintained and filthy.
From dirty floors, dirty shower, broken vertical blinds with mould on them, no soap dish in shower, dirty glasses and crockery in kitchen, broken deck chairs, broken towel rail, and the list goes on,
The place was in a bad state of repair.
We decided to leave after one night and went to the office to let the Manager know.
He was away for the day and I said to reception to have the manager call me. It has been 6 days and not a word!!! This really spoilt what was going to be a week off with our children. We then had to pack up and try and find somewhere to stay which was a challenge at short notice. So disappointing. Never again!!
