Great place for a relax

It’s the first time staying near Marbella and the Oasis at Don Carlos was fantastic with the spa being free and a separate private breakfast room whilst still using all the facilities of the main hotel
The sea view rooms were spacious with great views and balcony

The yoga was wonderful attending every day with the lovely Maya.

The staff at the Oasis were so attentive to our every need including a late check out

High recommend and we will definitely be coming back.

Oasis spa

Thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon at the spa, we used the water area which was amazing and had a massage treatment. Water, teas and fresh juice drinks were provided which was a nice surprise. Patricia was so friendly and welcoming on arrival and showed us around and how to use the facilities. She was attentive throughout, often checking if we needed anything. The massage by Maria was fantastic - left feeling very relaxed. These two ladies are a credit to the spa. Thank you!

The Don Carlos hotel was to clinical ,and not a hotel for the winter there were no nice cosy coffe areas or get together places .the rooms were ok but no walk in showers .Only one restaurant open with small menus and expensive drinks ..also no indoor pool ..
The staff were very attentive,huge tropical garden was the very best part of this complex Fantastic layout and different tres and plants .

First of all, we would like to thank you very much for your comments. They are one of the tools that we use to improve our guests' satisfaction.
We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at all; during wintertime, we have got open Los Naranjos restaurant for breakfast, Loop & Pool restaurant which is next to the main swimming pool, Bahía restaurant for dinner and The Peacock bar, where we also offer a little menu at night; it is true that we increase our restaurants offer in summer season.
Regarding the swimming pool, you are right that our main swimming pool is a not indoor one but it is a heating pool which allows you to swim in temperature around 28ºC. We also could offer the water circuit in our SPA that for sure you will enjoy the experience.
We really appreciate your nice words regarding our garden; there is a formidable team who love to take care of our 20000m2 of vegetation which create our little paradise.
And we would like to avail this opportunity to thank you very much for your special mention regarding our staff.
It will be a pleasure for us if you would give us another opportunity to spend your holidays with us.

Great rooms, amazing service and wonderful location

The rooms are fantastics, the shower is out of this world !!!!
The service we received from the first to the last employee was nothing else than great. Definitively we are coming back, you cannot miss it !!!!

Average overall experience

We stayed five days at this resort and loved much of our experience: staff was very attentive, the rooms were clean and spacious, the spa was included in our stay and breakfast had healthy options and was great. What we did not like is that this hotel portrays itself as an adult only resort and there were kids everywhere. In addition, the beach pool area was dramatically understaffed: no fresh towels available, no waiters available to get a drink, no safeguard, etc.. Overall an average customer experience I would say.

First of all, we would like to thank you very much for your comments due that they always help us to improve.
We are so sorry that you did not enjoy your experience at all due to the services at our Beach Club. We closed it last October 13th and we will open it again in high season. We are so sorry that you could not enjoy the real services at our Beach Club.
We would like to avail this opportunity to inform you that we have had in mind some projects that for sure will be well received from our guests of The Oasis by Don Carlos, such as the built of a swimming pool just for adults. The idea is to improve your only adults experience with the Oasis breakfast, SPA and the only adults’ swimming pool.
We do not want to miss this opportunity to congratulate you for the nice picture of the sunset, it is really nice.
