When we enquired about renting this unit for 3 nights, we were given a rate but no indication that there were in FACT 2 UNITS AT 2 DIFFERENT RATES. The pictures show the views from the front unit with beautiful view etc.
When we got there surprise! instead of a unit with a view, big lounge room, kitchen , big screen TV etc. we ended up with a small unit at the back with no view but a brick wall and a tiny TV with a faulty remote etc.
When we asked them to change us to the front unit as it was the one we booked, our request was declined unless we were prepared to pay an extra $60.00 a night.
The real estate agent told me that photos of the unit were attached on his email. It' is not something we should normally have to check again. When we book a unit online we expect that the photos on the website are what we are getting.
