Cannot fault. Really clean and tidy especially considering it is off season. Very well kept. Lots of things to do for the kids. Only downside I would highlight is there should be bit more for adults and /or kids to mix and do. Rooms were brilliant.

Room Tip: Good clean friendly atmosphere

We just got back from 7 days at camber sands holiday park very good time we had Darren the entertainment manager was polite and always spoke but the other troupers didn't which was a shame,,,, swimming pool was good apart the changing room very cold and dirty didn't know why there was sand in the pool...a couple of life guards was very polite when we booked the spa and sauna that was good ... Entertainment was Okish... Shop staff need a smile and speak to customers instead of talking to each other there is in a lady shop I think it's wrong that she plays the link bingo I have been to other sites and they don't allow it... Arcades staff very polite to us... Alex h and Ian bar man very good skills Alex always spoke to us more then the girls did and also Alex got Nathan to c us about a caravan as we r thinking about getting a caravan can't wait for June 2018 as we will be back

Can't find a single fault here, caravan was very clean tidy and free of odours (silver plus grade) no noise at all, staff was very friendly and helpful with plenty to do on-site, will definitely return

The people at Camber Sands Holiday park were all nice and I had no issues with the staff. It is just the place. We were in the touring caravan park and we were pretty close to a busy road. We may have been only 50m from the beach, but over a barbed wire fence and across the road and over a large sea defence. So don't be sold by the map that shows it being incredibly close. There was very little in the way of landscaping between caravans etc. Toilets were okay, but the washing up sinks were blocked and even the chemical toilet drain was blocked at one point. The facilities in terms of entertainment were not really used, but they looked really good and new. The pool was average but apart from the changing rooms being a bit dirty (nothing unique here) it was fine and not too overcrowded when we went. There are so many nice campsites out there and I'm just gutted we picked one that was crammed in where tourers were seen as an after thought. Once on the beach, it was very nice though.

Room Tip: Make sure you research which spot/caravan you get to stay in and insist.

Now I'm a regular user of park dean resorts and this is the second worst one I've been too (yes there is one that is much much worse). So I'll give a few pros and cons

Pros... the caravan was clean (except the damp in one room moulding up the wall)
Beds were actually made on arrival.
Site was cleaned regularly by litter pickers.
The two guys in the fish and chippery were absolutely fantastic apologetic for the small wait and were still so nice when being shouted at and critized by other guests.
Boathouse nice meals and quite reasonable prices.
Arcade nice enough lads working in there who dealt with problems very quickly.

Cons
Burn marks on the floor of the caravan.
Grill didn't work in the oven.
No carpet in the "lounge" area lino instead did make it colder (but easier to clean so pro/con)
The shop WOW if the women in the shop actually smiled there faces would crack honestly.
Rowdy neighbours loud site (this is not parkdeans fault at all)
NO PARKING ON THE GRASS (had a notice saying anyone parking on grass would be punished yet it was like a mud bath where people chose not to pay attention)
Limited parking 3 spaces every 100 foot or so always full try and park further on and 15/20 spaces taken up by two caravans!!!! Adding more problems to parking.
Had a problem with the tv went to reception to be told "phone the number on the pack they deal with it" ( phoned them young nipper came out to sort it quickly and he was so polite and gave great service.
Mud mud mud everywhere
7 miles of sandy beaches..... yep if you walk down to the other road and across to the sandy beaches..... the beach opposite (here's there false advertising) is a stone beach.

Luckily we were out more than in so thankfully we didn't have to spend to much time there but if you are looking for a holiday park pontins is down the road and there are plenty of better holiday camps around
