Visited yesterday 14th January 2018 with my partner, his son, daughter in law and 2 children (9 & 6). When we booked the earliest we could have was 2.40 pm but on arrival there were only a few tables occupied. Food was very enjoyable but the only problem I had was when I went to get my desert there was nothing left only slops and the staff were already clearing everything away, not a good first impression, will try again but will book for earlier in the day

We came here on route back from Belfast. So do glad we did. Got the roast beef.. although I usually get the bad boy... Both ate superb. Moira is spoilt for excellent eateries. Service wad a bit slow to take orders.. other than that 5 stars. Food was amazing. Will certainly be back whenever we get the chance. Well done to all.. great spot.

Visit with the kids , our daughters allergies had been upgraded to needing to carry epi pens and we’d found eating out was now a terrifying option. I spoke to the manager , who then went thru each ingredient and step with the chef to ensure there was no real possibility of cross contamination. Honestly I’ve never been so impressed with someone else’s care for my daughter . We cannot was to get back. Everyone’s food was delicious , Hub and I had the steak platter which was a delight and the desserts were incredible

This was our first ever visit to the Tannery and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the food was delicious. We had soup for starters, a choice of turkey, beef or gammon for main course with all the usual trimmings and a range of lovely desserts. The christmas music in the background just added to the festive occassion. I can certainly recommend the Tannery and will be returning again myself.

I arrived on Friday 8.12.17 for the party night to find that the price because of being served on a Fri / Sat had increased from the midweek price of £24.95 to £34.95. The meal that I received was tasty but what was on my plate from starter to sweet is not what I would call substantial. To make matters worse there was a surcharge of £5 for a steak which brought the amount to £39.95. Value for money a big NO in fact to be brutally honest a totally rip off from a restaurant I have visited in many occasions before but sorry will not be back
