I just came back from visiting the Bolivian Pantanal , originally I was supposed to be staying at the hotel Pantanal only to find out they rudely cancelled my reservation without notice for Chinese mining staff. So I looked for alternative options and was very happy to find this family run hotel.
We arrived on a Sunday when literally no restaurants in the whole region were open so they even arranged a cook to come in on their day off to prepare meals.
Rooms were clean and good value, food while not 5 star is fine and staff were incredibly helpful. They even prepared a packed lunch on the day we explored the Bolivian Pantanal.
Overall very impressed at how friendly and open they were and will continue to stay here in the future.More
