Checked in for a 5 day stay. The rooms are fantastic and offer good facilities. However the location is bad and there are no restaurants nearby. This is good for people with own cars. Those who are dependent on public transport will find it difficult. Also if you are coming by Taxi from Airport there is a small patch which is not picked up by navigator and makes you go around in circles.

We booked this hotel May 21, 2014 for 2 nights - Sept 27 & 28, 2014 and were required to pay one night as a deposit. Our circumstances changed and we cancelled this reservation on Sept 15, 2014.
The hotel refused to refund the one night deposit even though it was 12 days before our arrival date.

We chose this as we temporarily lived in Carrieres Sur Seine and wanted both to re-visit this area and Paris. It proved an ideal choice.

We have young - 14month old twins - and it was very practical for us. There were 2 fold down beds if you needed in the living room though we brought our own travel cots and the twins slept (well) in the large living area. The separate bedroom also had a tv so we didn't need to disturb the twins once they were asleep. Coupled with the free wi-fi this was really helpful.

The kitchenette was well equipped and the whole apartment gave us everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We did have noise in the corridor for 2 nights when another family decided it was fine for their kids to play out there before 0700 but this could occur anywhere.

Others have mentioned the location. A shuttle bus runs at morning and evening peaks (but not beyond - and not Friday evenings/weekends). I walked twice to the station and it took 20mins. The 19 bus stops right outside and takes 5 mins (peak periods runs every 10-12mins; less frequent offpeak) or you can park at the station (though from experience of living there after 0900 you sometimes struggle to get a space - weekends fine). And transport from here is excellent as you have both the RER and the overground train. Both are cheap and frequent and give you the choice of where to go into Paris.

Also worth a mention is that a 10-15min walk takes you into Carrieres itself and this is a lovely little suburb with 2 supermarkets for essentials (Monoprix on the high street and a larger supermarket called Casino in a small shopping centre nearby). Lunch at the bistro in the fab food hall is excellent value and the bakery is first class - cakes superb. Also the Cafe Inn restaurant - a 10min walk from the hotel - was our favourite restaurant when we lived there, particularly in summer when you can eat outside.

For the price and facilities we felt this was excellent value and will certainly stay again.

We had an appartment for 2 and an appartment for 4. Spacious rooms, nice and tidy, small kitchen, excellent beds, (double bed + pull out sofa), (small!) bath, friendly staff. Parked our car nearby hotel, no problem.
5 minutes drive to Houilles station, where you can park for €3,30 a day.
From there you can take the RER which brings you to Charles de Gaulle Etoile underground station (in 15 minutes), where you take the tube to your destination (you can use the same ticket as long as you stay underground). Good value for money. Defintely recommended.

It is good appt if you are a family to come to visit Paris and Versailles but still pretty far from everything, you must have a car.
Not good for business.

Room tip: Please have a dinner before to go there,,,
