Positioned on the triangle that represents Olney's town centre, this is a good place to people watch from the outside tables or just concentrate on your paper or laptop if you would rather stay inside. Like much of Olney, the Pancake Parlour is somewhat quirky with various smallish rooms to spend time in. My cappucino was perfect and the food was good. On my third visit I sampled the Eggs Benedict while my wife had the Eggs Royale (ie like eggs benedict but with smoked salmon rather than ham). Both were very good and very reasonably priced. The staff were friendly, and though constantly busy, gave a relaxed impression which created a good atmosphere and the sense that we wanted to return, which we did - three times. I recomend it.
