“Everything we hoped for - and more”
Reviewed 15 April 2016 for a stay in April 2016

We stayed here for 7 nights in April. Arrived early evening and were amazed by the absolutely beautiful lodge and its surroundings. The owners popped in to make sure we had all we needed and were very friendly and helpful.
The lodge is very well equipped and instantly felt like home. The hot tub in the early morning overlooking the lake was a highlight for us "girls" and the private fishing peg a real hit (morning, noon and night!) With the "boys".
There are plenty of facilities on the site but we were so comfortable in the lodge we didn't really venture up to use them. Though the on-site shop was a bonus for freshly baked bread and other essentials.
All in all the lodge was a perfect place for a week away. Close to lots of lovely places to visit, but also great to stay close and just relax in the beautiful countryside and unwind in probably the best spot on the site.
We just didn't want the week to end and will definitely be booking a return visit.

“Lovely relaxing holiday”
Reviewed 25 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

We had a fabulous relaxing weeks holiday at Jemima lodge as a family of 6, (grandparents parents and 2 children ) The lodge is beautiful, very clean and spacious, Ideal for my son who is disabled, it had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday, with sky tv and wifi as a bonus and the little extras like a second fridge in the hall cupboard a wine cooler in the kitchen and plenty of storage space made this lodge perfect.
This is our second holiday at Tattershal and chose Jemima lodge for its peaceful location on Duck pond. my husband and son love Fishing and with there own fishing peg. they could fish when ever they wanted and they caught some lovely fish. The hot tub was perfect to relax and unwind, the children loved it. Mike came twice in the week to clean the hot tub and was very friendly with lots of helpful information. My granddaughter especially enjoyed the wild life with Geese and there chicks, ducks and rabbits all just outside our door, she had names for all of them. We all enjoyed watching the aeroplanes flying over from nearby RAF Coningsby.
We ate a couple of times at the lovely pub at the entrance to the park, the pub is only a short walk from the lodge, The food was lovely and with an early bird offer of 2 courses for £8.99 it was excellent value for money.
We love Tattershal Lakes there is something for everyone, and we will be back to Jemima lodge hopefully next year with the rest of the family.
