May 2018. Summer season again! A perfect excuse to visit Ecluse for diner. We know that chef Ricardo is capable in creating delicious dishes and he did it again! We have chosen a 4 course Ecluse menu. Delicious preparations with, off course, asparagus. Absence of a wine arrangement is unthinkable for us. The already impressive wine list is extended again! The first course was accompanied with e truly great Riesling! A Riesling as Riesling should taste! A pearl on the wine list it is! Chapeau Natalie! All courses were tastefully prepared. Delicious lams meat, melt in the mouth texture of lemon sole, in own moisture cooked and afterwards grilled asparagus and so on! Final conclusion: “again we fully enjoyed our stay at Ecluse!”
