The expectations to this place was bigger than the experience. The food and wine was okay, apart from a wines that did not match the sweetness of the desert. The staff tried their best, but there were too few waiters on too many tables. This dragged the whole experience down, as we had to wait very long between each serving. Price was ok.

Visited by chance on a very hot day. À la carte starter and main course - a true delight! The crab as a starter, well balanced contrast of Asian flavours and as a main course lamb chops that were tender as butter and had a sohisticated smokey flavour. Friendly staff and the limoncello cakes with the espresso are something to die for. A very warm thank you from us. And your gins are excellent, too.

How smart to be open on Monday when all restaurants in the region are closed! We ate here on Monday, the Monday night special (3 courses).
We were swept away by the food. Excellent!! Good wine pairing. Fantastic service. Minor point was the lady who came to sit next to us: she had taken a shower in a very cheap eau-de-toilette, killing our noses. But that we cannot and will not blame on the restaurant.
The bill was a pleasant surprise. They did not charge for the water not the coffee and tea.
My only criticism is the music. In my opinion classical music would compliment the food and the atmosphere much better. But I know not many people appreciate classical music anymore….
Chapeau for la Trinité!!!

It wasn't really spectacular. Perhaps we xpected too much but sometimes the experiments in the nouvelle cuisine are overdone. The taste is still the most important. A very big wine card and I must admit the sommelier gave us good advise. We don't want the wine included menu and so his advise was necessary. The personnel is very friendly as well, but the result wasn't as expected

This restaurant has a very stylishly decorated interior with a separate lounge area for aperitifs. There is also outside space in a garden at the rear.
We visited on a Sunday evening, there was a tasting menu, an alacarte and a 3 course menu offer. We opted for the 3 course offer which ( in relative terms ) was a bargain at €45.
For us this choice was perfect. It started with a beef and veal carpaccio dish, followed by a salmon mains and finished with a delightful deconstructed dessert. Perfection from beginning to end. The staff were the perfect balance of professional and friendly.
If your anywhere close to this town don't hesitate to book in this restaurant.
