The landscape, view, beach was beautiful and the pool was right in front of the sea. The room was comfortable and clean but just little bit old and the pillows was too soft. Helpful and professional staffs. Free wifi and free carpark. And very Good breakfast. Little bit far from the town, you need to drive your self or use the shuttle bus to the town. Price was acceptable.

Very good hotel and service apartments. New and good facilities. Very convenient if you have a car. Service mind and friendly staffs. Cute Japanese hotel. Delicious Japanese and Thai food at “Gong Khao” restaurant. Will go back again with family.

I stayed there in 2 Bedroom room type. The room is larger than 2 bedroom type in Balcony Courtyard which is also managed by the same Company.
Great service from their staff, Room is clean and provided all important amenities. Kitchen is well equipped and all kitchenware are provided. Many activities here, Gym, Golf simulator, Kids club is quite small when compare with Balcony Courtyard but it's ok, Ofuro has a small outdoor zone which is really cool!! Limousine to Robinson, AEON Mall or Harbourland help my family and I a lot to buy some stuff for dinner.
Breakfast has various kind of food and as good as their standard.
If I have a chance to visit Si Racha, Balcony Seaside or Balcony Courtyard is still my first choice to stay again.

Room Tip: Building 3 is closest building for every thing, Restaurant, Pool, Gym, Kids Club, Onsen

Balcony Seaside is definitely a huge step up from the Balcony Courtyard. The hotel has an international feel with 2 buildings approximately 2 minutes apart and a golf cart that takes you up and down. The view is good overlooking the sea and experienced a lovely sunset. Staff are professional and very accommodating. Enjoyed dinner at the restaurant but had to order Prawns and Seafood as their is nothing else on the menu that could be deemed remotely Halaal. Same issue with Breakfast very limited offering of boiled eggs and toast with fruit and cereal for Halaal guests. Public areas are lovely. The only criticism I have is that the beds are quite hard but understandably this hotel caters to Japanese business people. There were also lots of families on the weekend. There is a free shuttle to and from Robinson and Aeon Mall everyday. Lovely massage place at Aeon Mall. Overall I was just happy to move to Balcony Seaside after staying at the Balcony courtyard. Not much to do in Sriracha, Pattaya is a 40 minute drive away and most of the Islands are accessible from there. The Island that is accessible from Sriracha is Koh Si Chang and the hotel shuttle arranged a drop off at the harbor with the shuttle that goes to Robinson. Thank you for the clean rooms and good service Balcony Seaside staff.
