We only stayed here for one night in a cottage (with a very nice front door). The rooms and the restaurant are good. We loved the bed with the mosquito net. We very much enjoyed the trip early in the morning to see the dolphins (although we were not the only ones. There were quite some boats out on the see to see the dolphins!). It's a must do!

Do not believe what you see in the photos. The rooms and bathrooms are a joke. Do not waste your time travelling up all the way to the North to stay here. Much much much better options around. The spa shuts on time and isn't passionate about service. You don't even get a shower cubicle. If you won a free holiday to Bali to stay here, give the prize away.

We stayed for two nights at Aneka in one of their bungalows and would have loved to stay longer. The bungalows are just adorable with Balinese doors, a big comfy bed with mosquito net and an immaculate bathroom. Staff were wonderful, particularly Malar (spelling?) the restaurant manager. The food we tried was fantastic, in particular the burger and the omelette at breakfast. The pool was lovely and you could see great views of the ocean. I did not have a chance to visit the spa but from the quick peak I took through the open door, it looked divine! Wifi was a bit spotty but not a big concern.

I only wish we had been able to stay in Lovina a bit longer to experience more of this beautiful place. I would return to Aneka Lovina in a heartbeat.

This hotel gets 3 out of 5 based on the good and clean rooms as well as for the beautiful and well maintained garden. The restaurant atmosphere, food and staff are mediocre as well as the overall service. When checking in one does not experience the hospitality feeling which is the basis for any hotel business. Many of the staff give their best but overall there is a lack of good training in my view. The pool needs refurbishment. All in all a hotel that can be much more than it is today.

Old facilities for this hotel with lots of mosquitos and unfriendly unmotivated personal despite a top location and wonderful beach.
Lack of continuity in the services.
Breakfast quality to be improved. Poor hygiene. No fresh impression like in general in Bali !
