We had breakfast here. The nasi goring was really tasty. They had several fresh fruit juice choices and the mango-papaya was good but the orange juice was not made from oranges but from jerok which tastes quite different. They sell souvenirs as well and the profits go to local charity. I liked the atmosphere of this place and can recommend it for breakfast and lunch.

We really liked our stay in the global village coffe. The concept is great, and the atmosphere with the 60-80e music is great. The food was good but not exceptional. This may be due to the hughe menu thaht the global village coffe offers. Sth. from every corner of the world. Neverthelss one of the best restaurants in Lovina.

We stopped for a milkshake and a Banana split. All was great! First time the ice cream was good on our Bali trip. The restaurant is by the main road but feels calm anyway.

Another example of many on this trip of a place that gets high reviews just because it offers western nosh - and not very good for that matter. Service is poor here, with no consistency between tables (some have sauce, some don't for example). I had the Aussie burger, nothing notable and my girlfriend had an awful veggie burrito, that was drier than the tacky decor.

Not recommended.
