We stayed here for two nights in April. We called the owner upon arrival and he came to meet us at the hotel. The room was lovely and clean, nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Oddly, the booking offered a 'pillow menu' which wasn't mentioned anywhere when we arrived or in the information pack. Anyway, not a huge problem but a strange thing to advertise. We actually lost the room 'key', which is a card but the owner was very understanding and reset the code so that no one could enter the hotel or our room if they found the card. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're heading to Buitrago.More
