A wonderful place to stay. Amazing food they raise wild boar and venison and serve their own produce for breakfast you couldn't get fresher or more tasty food. The owners are warm and welcoming hosts n make you feel relaxed and at ease.. We will be back for another visit

I spent 6 nights during a business trip in this peaceful location and I loved every minute of it.
Breakfast was fantastic - both food and conversation. I would return there with my entire family when I’ll have the chance.

Ballinwillin House is situated on an estate at the end of a quiet suburban road, with secure access. We stayed in the Courtyard building adjacent the main house which has a number of nicely decorated rooms, together with a residents lounge and kitchen. It would definitely also suit small groups and those who want to self-cater for their evening meals. The superb breakfasts are served in the main house in their large eat-in country kitchen which has a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere. Ballinwillin House is a great base for exploring surrounding towns and countryside with Cashel, Tipperary and Lismore easily accessible, all roughly 30 minutes drive, Cork around 45 minutes drive and Kilkenny slightly further away. We had a memorable stay which was further enhanced by our charming hosts and their knowledge of the surrounding area.

This is no ordinary B&B, this a is a unique opportunity to experience one pleasurable surprise after another. There's a great buzz about the place and good grub to go with it.
Others have complimented the hosts on the excellence and comfort of the bedrooms/bathrooms. I endorse their remarks. But it's in the farm house kitchen where you'll see how uniquely Ballinwillin performs. Here Miriam and Pat, with the help of various sons and daughters, really shine;offering fruits and cereals galore followed by some astonishingly tasty food options based the meat of 'wild' boar and deer bred and raised at Billinwillin, With these alternatives to supplement the more usual run of breakfast foods, no guest need leave the table hungry.
On top of all this, if you throw in a running commentary on raising 'Wild' Boar, Red Deer and geese, as well as operating a vineyard and winery, you'll get some idea of what I mean when I say Ballinwillin is an experience not to be missed.

We are from Dublin and were in Cork for a Classic Toyota event in Fermoy. The family at Ballinwillin House were absolutely lovely hosts. We weren't too familiar with the area and they helped us find out information about local activities that we were looking into. They made us feel comfortable around them while still allowing us our privacy as guests. Our room was beautiful and large with a big bathroom. The breakfast was absolutely delicious (with all meat and eggs from the farm itself). I cannot recommend this accommodation enough!
