Suggestion

I had made an order three days before but when I arrived to do the inspection it turned out that the room had not been prepared. I really regret it when I have to wait more than an hour while the room is ready, this is really beyond expectations where the room should be ready and can immediately rest as soon as I come and do the leverage.

Great place for business and leisure. With CHSE certification make me feel comfort and confince me to come to this hotel next trip. The buffet breakfast is complete from traditional to western. The staf and management give the best service and very helpfull.

Nice stay with superb staff

Book with the hotel directly as they have promotion during pandemic. The hotel was nicely built in modern, they have swimming pool for adult and kids. The breakfast was amazing breakfast. The balcony overlooking the ocean was just gorgeus and special thanks for Ocki for best service during our stay

Amazing service!!

Andry at the front desk was incredible! So helpful and kind. Really went above and beyond to help me make some arrangements.

Hotel is nice too, clean and we’ll maintained. Modern room decor and cool artwork around.

Over the edge..

Rooms and facilities are kind of run down. Room and especially cloth rack not clean. Ridiculous Covid 19 protocol starting from check in (you are urged to enter a cabin where you are sprayed with sanitiser before you can enter the hotel lobby).... Useless and definitely nothing to start a stay with!

In regards to your highlight; we as the first hotel in Nusa Tenggara Barat awarded with CHSE Certificate absolutely should give the fully support for government in” flatten the curve” the pandemic of Co-vid 19.

Therefore, some steps of health protocol procedure should be taken to give sufficient protection mainly to our guest as well as employee. We do apologize that this procedure is might slightly inconvenience.

Regarding the cleanliness in your room, we have addressed your highlight to respective department. We will keep striving to give good services and your highlight should become our point of concerns.
